The swan hold move wasn't the entire move all in one, there was moves into another position, I have a feeling I could have done it but wasn't brave enough to try :)) Next step up is doing it all from a climb... :))

Pole Addicts sounds like a good workout! Why don't you see what your instructor advises re. the level 3 or 4? She might suggest you go straight onto level 4? :)

You'll surprise yourself one day, how easily some moves are picked up! My friend had real problems with that move, she's only just managed to do it and has been pole dancing a year longer than me, but I did that one ok :)) more…
Yeah I can't wait to practise it again this Weds! If I had more chance to practise I think I would pick it up a bit quicker! I wish our lessons lasted 2 hours like yours! We are hoping to go to a practise session in next week or so!

We aren't really allowed to move on from level 3 upwards until they think we're ready. I am almost at level 4 standard but not quite! I have one move left to conquer before I can move on :))
Yeah I am guessing you have to have completed level 6 to a very high standard before they let you on it! Level 7 is called Spinning Pole! more…
Yeah probably - we have more than double the amount of levels so it will be a lot more spread out. People start re-doing levels when they get to about 9 or 10 at ours but we have a lady who has joined our class from level 4!
Oooh invitation only?! Do you have to be really good for that?

Maybe they are because we only have 7 levels! And level 7, spinning pole, is invitation only. I know people who get to level six often do it over and over :))

Last weeks lesson was awful, it was so hot it was making me feel ill :( I soldiered on though :))
I can't not miss lessons because I'd fall behind, and it shows if you even take a week off!!
