Lsat night was lesson one of level 3, which is the first level of intermidiate pole dancing!
We were told that many people don't manage to advance to level for until they have completed level 3 2 or even 3 times! I hope I can move on to level 4 at the end of this, I guess I will have to practice A lot!!
Anyway, the first move we did was an invert! It was sitting on the pole, left lefg straight, right leg bent over it and hanging backwards, upside down on the pole. We only did it close to the floor, as many people hadn't even sat on the pole before! It was something my friend taught me many months ago so I got the hang of it quite quickly, and by the end of the night I was able to do this move a little further up the pole
I am hoping I will be able to get a picture of this to post, it looks great!!
We also did a move that will eventually see us doing a hand stand against the pole... we start by swinging out legs up towards the top of the pole and tucking our head in and sliding down. I was able to do this ok, again because my friend taught me something similar
We did a spin called the bullet, where we are curled round the pole and some dancy moves. The teacher got us to do some sassy moves so hopefully the routine will look awesome once finished!!
I can't wait for lesson 2!!
I am still trying to video my routine, its just not working how I wanted it to! But now he is back from New York I may be able to sort it out
adamantixx

good luck with the next level hun!
it's far too hot for me to picture you all inverting yourselves on poles...there's only so much a man can take!
